Terms of purchase


The following terms and conditions apply to all use of and all purchases made on Box on box. Your purchase is subject to these terms at the time your purchase is made. The terms constitute an agreement between you and BOB of Sweden AB, org no. 559050–1721, Box 305, 721 07 Västerås (hereinafter referred to as "Box on box", "us" or "we").

Remember to always save your proof of purchase in connection with your purchase. VAT is included in the product price. We reserve the right for possible printing errors in all sales channels, both digital and physical. We also reserve the right that products shown in our sales channels may sell out or be discontinued.

These conditions also apply if you complete the purchase as a business customer (i.e. limited liability company, sole proprietorship, trading company, limited partnership, economic association, non-profit association or otherwise cannot be considered as a consumer) unless a special agreement applies between the company and Box on box.

Who can place an order?

This website is aimed at you as a private person of legal age (consumer) or at you who conduct business (company).

Guarantee

In order for you as a customer to feel secure with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive Box on box guarantee. We are sure that our products are of good quality and many of our goods are therefore covered by warranty. Our guarantees may change over time and are always governed by the date of order and purchase. The terms and conditions apply from the day you receive your item. In our warranty conditions, information is shown on how long the warranty period is and which other conditions apply. If you are a business customer, it is important that you check which warranty applies if the product is used professionally/in a public environment or similar. Disclaimer

Images on this page are for inspiration only and do not necessarily reflect the exact color and/or details of the selected module or product. Product images shown in our ads may be equipped with equipment that is not included in the standard selections. In what is included on the product page, you can find more information about what comes with your particular product as a standard choice. We also reserve the right that information about dimensions specified on, for example, doors, glass sections, roller doors and sliding doors may have some deviation. Ordering

We reserve the right to change and correct the price of all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, it may result in Box on box canceling the purchase and refunding the current amount. This can be done at any time. By placing the order, you accept the conditions and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect that you have provided false information in connection with your order.

Confirmation

Once we have received your purchase, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided on the order confirming the purchase. The order confirmation is your receipt and also serves as a guarantee certificate. We recommend that you save your order confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service regarding your order.

Prices

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation. The checkout shows the total amount including all fees, VAT and shipping charges. All prices in the store are exclusive of shipping. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the goods purchased and where they are to be delivered by entering the delivery address.

If an order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout. Keep in mind that if the order is sent outside the EU, any import tax and duties may be added to the customer's account when the shipment reaches your delivery address. These costs are usually different for different countries, and you are responsible for paying these costs yourself. Box on box cannot control these costs or predict the final cost. Therefore, it is important that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Payment

One checkout - all payment methods. In collaboration with Svea, we can offer payment with Svea checkout, which has collected several different payment methods in one and the same checkout. Choose between various payment services such as invoice, card payment, partial payment, direct bank payment, mobile payment or account. The payment service is administered by Svea, which handles all payment transactions.

  • Card payment with the highest possible security for you. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • Partial payment means that you can split your purchase. You pay month by month, at a rate that suits you.
  • Direct bank payment, you pay for the order directly from your internet bank. Svea checkout cooperates with Trustly, which supports both Swedish and European banks.
  • Mobile payment that offers all the leading mobile payments in the Nordics. Pay easily with Swish, Vipps and Mobile Pay.
  • Account. By paying with an account, you collect all your purchases and pay for them at your own pace. All at once or a little at a time with a flexible monthly amount.

Delivery

We deliver our products throughout Sweden. Goods in stock are normally delivered within 1-2 weeks and for manufacturing goods the normal delivery time is 10-16 weeks. Box on box offers two different delivery options when you shop with us. You can choose home delivery and unloading by crane truck or Click & collect for pickup at our depot. It is the same delivery time for both options. Our various delivery options and current shipping cost are shown at checkout.

Exceptions for home delivery exist for certain archipelago islands or islands that do not have a fixed connection or road ferry. In that case, we ask you to choose Click & collect or contact our customer service and we will help you.

Home delivery and unloading by crane truck

If you choose home delivery, our trucks drive as close to your delivery address as possible and drop off your delivery. Unloading takes place with the truck's crane to ground level at the side of the vehicle.

Price: Home delivery by crane truck costs from SEK 5,490. The total price is calculated based on distance and number of items.

Time of delivery: We always contact you a couple of days before delivery. Delivery normally takes place during working hours, Mon-Fri at 07:00 – 20:00

Identification: For home delivery, you as a customer must show identification and bidders must show identification for both.

On delivery: You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the contact details for you in the order confirmation are correct, are reachable and can receive the delivery during the specified delivery interval. Also keep in mind that the road to the unloading site needs to be passable for a truck.

The customer is responsible for this for home delivery:

  • Ensure that you can receive the delivery.
  • Widen so that there is a clear path to and in, so that the goods can be left at the desired location.
  • Keep in mind that delivery can only take place where the goods can be unloaded in a suitable way. Unloading takes place with the truck's crane to ground level at the side of the vehicle. Also make sure that any obstacles do not affect accessibility. Box on box is not responsible for this type of obstacle or how this affects the delivery.

Transport insurance included

Your delivery is insured by us during the entire delivery period should something unlikely happen on the way to you. In case of possible delivery delays during transport, Box on box will contact you.

Terminal rental

If you cannot receive your home delivery and/or pick up your delivery within 10 days of the notification, you will be charged a terminal rental of SEK 300 per day.

Own collection with Click & collect

With Click & collect, you easily pick up your order with a crane truck at the selected depot. Which depot is available, which service fee applies to your purchase and delivery time are specified at checkout. We will notify you a couple of days before the delivery is ready for you to pick up.

Price: A service fee of SEK 995 is added per order, regardless of the number of items.

Delivery method: We collect your order and you pick it up by truck with crane at the selected depot.

Ready for collection: We always contact you a couple of days before delivery to determine the delivery date.

On collection: You will receive instructions from us as to where collection will be available at the depot.

Identification: When picking up, you as a customer must show identification and bids show both identification.

Delayed collection: Your products are available for collection for 24 hours from your delivery date. If your goods are not picked up within the time window as agreed, terminal rent will be added after 10 days from the notification of SEK 300 per day.

Transport damage or incomplete delivery

Regardless of the delivery method, it is important that you check that you have received the correct products and the correct number and that the products are complete. If you discover damage to packaging or products, or if you have received an incorrect product or quantity, you need to contact Box on box customer service immediately so that we can help you in the best possible way. As a customer, you should examine the product within 7 days to check the item. Errors or damage discovered after receipt must be reported to Box on box customer service as soon as possible

Right of withdrawal

We apply the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. When ordering, you as a customer (consumer) have the opportunity to cancel your purchase or parts of the purchase for 14 days after the order was received without having to state any particular reason. When invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase, the return shipping is paid by you as the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to manufactured goods. The Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises contains a number of provisions that limit the right to use the right of withdrawal. According to the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the contract refers to a product which is to be manufactured or substantially changed according to the consumer's special wishes or which is otherwise to be given a clear personal touch. An example of these goods is a product that is made to order and customized according to the customer's wishes.

When you accept our purchase conditions when ordering, you agree to Box on box starting the fulfillment of your order. In the order confirmation that you receive after the order has been completed, you can check that everything is correct, for example colors or options that are to be produced for you. If you want to make changes to your order, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours from the time the order was completed.

Cancellations and changes

If you want to make changes to products or manufacturing goods, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if the purchase refers to special orders, manufacturing goods, made-to-order goods or customized goods and accessories after 24 hours from the completed order. A cancellation is not approved until Box on box confirms it.

Not collected or receipt of order

If you do not collect the order or do not receive the delivery, Box on box will return your goods. Uncollected or received delivery does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal. We charge a fee of SEK 495 for deliveries that are not picked up or received on the day of delivery as well as the actual costs of return shipping, shipping fee and handling.

Customer complaints

Any complaints should be made to our customer service in our contact form. Please state your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you with further information on how to proceed with the matter.

If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Box on box that we are unable to resolve, you can send a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution. More information is available at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

BOB of Sweden AB (BOX ON BOX), org. no. 559050–1721, are responsible for personal data for the personal data collected and processed by us. We protect your personal integrity and we want you to feel safe when you provide us with your information. Product information

Box on box has the right to make price changes, correct incorrect information, impose additional costs, make changes to the product range without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate and reflects the product as completely as possible. Even so, information may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. We cannot guarantee that all product images shown reflect the actual appearance of the product, depending on your computer's color settings, product images may vary. Product images may also be provided with equipment that is not included as a standard choice. We reserve the right for that as well as for technical problems, image and writing errors and incorrect information regarding stock status. Box on box has the right at any time to adjust prices, add additional costs and make changes to the product range and offers without storage. If you ordered an item with an incorrect price, we will notify you and await your approval of the new price before processing your order.

Limitations of liability, etc

We are not responsible for damage to other items or losses caused by your use of our products. We are also not responsible for delays or other errors as a result of circumstances outside Box on box prevailing (force majeure). You are responsible for the product being used in accordance with the applicable area of ​​use and care and for handling the product with reasonable care. You are also responsible for checking that the product is not damaged or defective before you start using it. Our liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order to us is limited to the total amount of your order. Box on box has no responsibility for indirect losses or indirect damages.

To protect the BOX ON BOX brand, we reserve the right (to the extent permitted by law) to refuse sales to resellers of BOX ON BOX products. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel quotation requests/purchases if deemed necessary to protect our brand. This applies to all customers regardless of quantity or where the sale or delivery takes place.

Force majeure

Box on box is free from liability for damages and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond our control. Such unforeseen events may be, for example, war, pandemic, floods, fires, war-like circumstances, civil war, revolution, government action, rebellion, work stoppage, ban, sabotage, strike, lockout, natural disaster, or similar event, technical problems, poor transport and weather conditions, failure or delay in the services of any of our sub-contractors if due to these types of circumstances we are unable to perform what has been agreed between you and us due to your buy. If one of these situations occurs and affects your purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Copyright

The content displayed on the website such as brand, product images, name series, design, graphics and layout as well as information about our products are protected intellectual property rights belonging to Box on box. No material may be copied or used for commercial purposes without written approval from us. This website is owned exclusively by Box on box and all material displayed is reserved to us.

Validity of clauses

If a court or regulatory authority declares one or more of these terms to be invalid or adjudged to be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Ownership

All products remain the property of Box on box until full payment has been received.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and any changes will be published on the website. All changes can be made without prior notice and apply as of their publication.
